In Ralf's thoughts about the "pause" and the question of how can we hope to keep in the largest daily stress, to make us not lose, I always went back to the concept of prudence, the "reflection "through the head, which may perhaps be something like the small and daily goal of a philosophical attitude. PQ brings us to his senses - and thus creates a real and serious health can be integrated in dealing with what is happening around us. This may seem like a win sound pious wish, but if we rid ourselves of the notion that the only reason to do a survey to gain control (as in our car driving example), it falls short. We create an overview of the context in which we move, not over the entire course of the world and the things - if we can extend our context, this is wonderful, but when we do not create an "ultimate knowledge", we can not fail it, or despair. The repose and reflection has to do with a very specific goal - no one but ourselves can determine when we come to their senses and leave when we want to return to the next to stop the speed loop and ask for the "meaning". This sense is therefore not to be determined content - ie: meaningful life must be from "a good job, family, a pet and at least one volunteer activity" are composed, but common sense always occurs when we feel that we meet ourselves , where we are. Then we have no claims to the outside, but hopefully interest, a curiosity and desire for dialogue -. But this is something different and has nothing to do with the control: it can be to things.
use if we ever pause and come to their senses and then to take the next step, we move this for personal development, with its value in itself and thus become an internal compass - and this benefit to only the considered treatment of the relationship that we as imperfect, isolated individuals to our world - not otherwise PQ.
